Let us describe the challenge we offer
This position will start with a 1-year fixed term contract.
You will be overall responsible for day-to-day operations of vehicle distribution and vehicle inventory management. Role includes the following areas.
What you'll do
- Manage production order schedule and monitor order status
- Monitor vessel schedule and report status
- Document handling for vessel arrival & tax related
- Proceeding customs clearance and request tax payment to C&B team accordingly
- Request pre-delivery inspection process and communicate with service providers accordingly
- Ensure vehicles readiness in preparation with PDI before delivery
- Request in-land transportation and communicate with service providers accordingly
- Vehicle registration operation (Internal / retail / Fleet)
- Perform additional operations related to E-commerce flow
- Vehicle handover process support and communication with space operator
- Commission payment operation (Customs agency / PDI agency / Subsidy agency / Internal car management agency)
- Monthly closing report
Who you are
We seek a highly competent team player with solid experience from the sales planning and vehicle distribution field and with an excellent understanding of end to end supply chain. You can handle multiple tasks, maintain focus and adapt easily to changing business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent
- Knowledge of logistics, trading and accounting is preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the automotive field or related is preferred
- Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal relations as well as effective communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Written and verbal English skills are preferred
