In this golden opportunity your role is to deliver our Polestar products to our customers and provide them anexceptional and exiting moment when they receive their new car. You will work both directly with customers, as well aswith all Polestar teams, which will give you a great learning experience at Polestar.

What you'll do
You will work together with the wider Handover and Space Team to consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all current and future customers. You are part of a team that constitute Polestar’s front line and are our brand advocates, supporting the mission by creating memorable experiences for all visitors.

As a Polestar Handover Specialist, you will deliver a smooth and seamless customer journey, keeping in touch with the customer throughout from point of sale and providing an unparalleled vehicle handover experience. You will make sure that all visitors get inspiration and support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk in, delivering an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience. You will also:

Provide a tailored handover experience for each customer, ensuring customers have had a full introduction to all specifications available within their vehicle

  • Keep customers up to date with new car build progress
  • Deliver and set up customers with their new Polestar vehicle
  • Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions,
  • Explain controls of vehicle
  • Schedule test drives and follow up on the customers by walking them through the purchasing process
  • Act as a role model of Polestar’s culture and behaviours


Who you are

You are curious, creative, and enthusiastic. You have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy, self-motivated and make things happen. You know when to lean in and how to work with your team to maintain a trusting environment and achieve great things together.

To be successful in this role you will have great eagerness to learn and passion for the Polestar brand, our dedication to design, and our commitment to sustainability. We believe you also count with:

  • Experience in the automotive industry or minimum of 6 months experience in a progressive, client-oriented retail environment
  • Experience working in retail environments with strong branded experiences, drama, public speaking, teaching, sales, event planning or customer care will be positively considered
  • English speaking is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; including Word and Excel is a plus

This role will require a valid driving license, an acceptable safe driving record, being flexible to work on different Polestar locations and the ability to work evenings and weekends. At Polestar, you will be part of a cross-functional and international team, with English as a natural language for written and spoken communication. Since Polestar’s in a scale-up phase you thrive by working in a fast-paced environment.
