Due to aggressive growth plans Polestar is currently looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator – Vehicle Dynamics

What you’ll do

Working within the Vehicle Dynamics team supporting delivery of exciting current development projects and advanced engineering

  • Reporting to the Principal Vehicle Dynamics Engineer and an integral part of facilitating the team’s operation
  • Build strong relationships with the wider Vehicle Dynamics, Vehicle Motion and Chassis teams using a ‘one team’ mindset
  • Co-ordination of timing plans based on input / direction from the Vehicle Dynamics technical team
  • Represent Vehicle Dynamics in timing discussions across multiple programmes
  • Review and notify on timing incompatibilities between hardware maturity milestones, software releases and development activities
  • Inform the vehicle dynamics team on DVP status and outstanding tasks
  • Track issues raised by Vehicle Dynamics in JIRA
  • Track the status of development / tuning component orders
  • Collate tuning part number and specification lists

Support the technical team in organising development trip documentation

You will

  • Be Degree qualified (Batchelors level) in a relevant STEM subject, along with some industry experience
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Project
  • Have experience using JIRA, this is beneficial but not essential
  • Have knowledge of an agile working process, again this is beneficial but not essential
  • Have excellent team working skills to match the current Vehicle Dynamics team setup
  • Have a genuine interest in making efficient, sustainable products
