Exciting opportunity within Financial Services for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your responsibility will be managing and driving Polestar Insurance brand and related offering within the Financial Services team in global context but with strong focus on Europe.

In this position within Financial Services, as a part of our global Sales department, you will be part of a growing diverse team involved in a journey towards a more sustainable future.
Together, you'll support the business when Polestar now continues to go live in new, and grows in existing markets as around our globe.
The team has its goal to provide Financial Services solutions, Retail Insurance inclusive, through best-in-class partners, which enable and support the achievement of Polestar’s sales, loyalty, and sustainability objectives.
What you'll do
Manage and enhance Polestar Insurance proposition (Motor Vehicle Insurance, Financial Insurance and Extended Warranty) including:
- Supporting with expertise by evaluating and choosing the best-in-class insurance partners
- Develop and manage a comprehensive insurance offering that is customized and functional, drives customer experience and profitability
- Partnership management through a robust governance model
- Performance management through global KPI & SLA cockpit
- Maximize customer experience through fast and efficient claims management
You will report to Head of Financial Services and be located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, but you should be prepared for light, ad-hoc traveling.
Who you are
With your experiences of working in multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, you are familiar with partner selection, evaluation and implementation processes and well as ongoing management of such insurance partnerships.
You’ve had similar responsibilities from a company within finance, automotive, insurance, leasing, retail banking or finance consulting and enjoy working in an international context.
To be a great fit for this position we believe you have 5-10 years of relevant work-life experience.
Further on, we believe you have
- A professional level of English is of great importance in this role. Knowledge of other European languages is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated understanding of automotive finance/insurance products and related processes.
- Finished University/Higher Vocational Education in a relevant field, such as Business Management & Administration or similar.
- Ideally complemented with a good understanding on the latest e-commerce trends.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, analytical and have a problem-solving mindset supplemented by a hands-on attitude. You appreciate to learn and develop through performing your task and take great own responsibility in delivering results and contribute to the growth.
Last but not least, you possess a high level of business acumen, structure and ability to plan, coordinate and execute work with many different stakeholders involved. All of important to be successful and develop in the role.
