Internal Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a talented and passionate B2B & B2C Sales Coordinator, who wants to be a part of our recently established and fast-growing organization in Denmark. Responsibilities are focused on ensuring successful conversion to sales and handling the process from that until the car is delivered.

Let us describe the challenge we offer

You will become part of the recently established Polestar Denmark organization and will help developing and operating our commercial set-up.

There is a huge interest in our brand, and the main task is now to keep up with the many requests, while developing and launching new commercial propositions and supporting processes. Many new ideas are to be realized, and future opportunities are multiple within our organization!

What you'll do

You will report to and support our Head of Sales in securing sales orders from all types of customers. Since we are a direct-to-customer brand, we handle the imports as well as car dealer tasks related to the sales process in-house. You will also be handling pricing, orders, and product/offer information to market and customers. In addition, you will be closely involved in the logistics process and development of commercial initiatives to drive sales and conversion to orders.


Core responsibilities:

  • Order handling and communication with B2C customers and B2B clients (Rental and Leasing companies)
  • Scoping, development, launch, and operation of online sales tools
  • Order/invoice calculations, controlling, and correction
  • Preparation and presentation of analyses to B2B customers and our HQ
  • Follow-up on pending orders, ensuring swift order flow


Who you are 

Preferably you have a background from a leasing- or rental company, a large dealership, or a car importer organization, or you are working with customer facing tasks in another industry. You thrive in having a wide variety of contacts, and in finding solutions.

You also have a true hands-on-attitude, a strong sense of urgency, and you make things happen with a strong focus on execution.

You are both structured and service minded. We are looking for a real team player, who will handle a multitude of tasks and stakeholders, maintain focus, and adapt easily to changing business needs.

Furthermore, we believe you have

  • Relevant education/experience within office administration
  • A sense for balance between attention to detail and timely execution
  • Well-developed communication and coordination skills
  • Experience within customer & order handling in CRM / ERP systems
  • Proficiency in English
