Global Marketing Analytics Manager

As our Digital Marketing & Analytics department have grown with more talents, we are now looking for a Manager for the currently four Media & Marketing Analytics Experts working with us today. 

Let us describe the challenge we offer

This teams’ purpose is to support company growth by turning data into insights through analytics, reporting, visualizations and a data driven way of working.

This leading role with be a mixture of strategical and operational character, where you will be the driver in how to strategically work with your team and function going forward.

This position is located at our HQ, in Gothenburg, Sweden. Your closest manager will be our Head of Digital Marketing & Analytics.

What you'll do

As a people leader, you will make sure your team have the conditions to be successful and thrive in their roles. You will be responsible for the prioritizing of initiatives and market requests, as well as our Brand & Marketing KPI framework.

In addition to above, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting local and global stakeholders with targets and objectives
  • Support the Digital Marketing & Analytics department as well as the whole Brand & Marketing department with strategic work. This including market strategy, budget allocation etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Brand tracker, Google Analytics and other marketing data platforms are supporting Brand & Marketing analytical capabilities
  • Responsible for ensuring Polestars management and financial reporting are supported in an efficient way with regards to marketing KPI:s
  • Support team members with hands-on analysis, QA and reporting when needed

Who you are

We are looking for you with several years of work experience within media and/or marketing analytics. You are equally passionate of this function field as you are about leading others. You have the people skills and pondus to easily influence your internal- and external stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to drive toward consensus.

To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:

  • High knowledge within digital marketing and how to follow-up on both online and offline marketing activities
  • Experience in building and running global inhouse teams for online marketing
  • Professional experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Proven track record leading multi-million dollar media investment for large international businesses.
  • Ability to assimilate relevant data sources and hone in on key insights that drive business recommendations.
