What you´ll do

In this role, as Fleet & Business Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and handover targets in fleet and B2B transactions. You will be planning and implementing sales activities in key accounts and small & medium fleet sales, in addition to sales to government agencies. You will be in charge of annual vehicle lessor volume negotiations with rental companies. Nevertheless, you will be developing and maintaining sales reports and supporting Polestar retail space-related duties, where necessary.


Other tasks you will be accountable for:

  • Responsibility for successful launching of automated leasing and short and long-term rentals
  • Further development and expansion of segment into a fleet business center to ensure top levels of customer satisfaction
  • Shared budget responsibility for the achievement of volume and profit targets in sales in the key accounts, government agency, car rental business, taxi, and special vehicle segments and sales to international customers (diplomatic sales)
  • Relationship and contract management with important corporate customers, contract partners and leasing companies in order to maximize sales performance
  • Management of the corporate sales demonstrator fleet to ensure optimum utilization
  • Responsibility for remarketing and pre-owned vehicle sales activities on B2B/B2C platforms and implementation of pre-owned standards

Who you are

We are looking for you with a broad knowledge of the vehicle fleet market, in dealing with fleet service providers and internal and external leasing and financing companies. You have strong relationships with fleet companies (long- and short-term rentals) as well as an excellent understanding of the automobile market as a whole and in the key accounts, rent-a-car, pre-owned cars and leasing business niche markets. You are passionate about outstanding selling techniques and retail customer experience. A high level of analytical capabilities and the ability to develop strategies comes naturally to you.

To be a great fit for this position we believe you have/are:

  • Graduate with a degree in business management/automotive industry and/or professional training in the automobile industry, including well-founded and adequate work experience
  • Experience in care and collaboration with a trading organisation and experience in collaboration with key accounts, fleet operators and financial services companies
  • Strong communicator, solution-oriented, targeted and team-oriented with robust operational capabilities
  • Excellent MS Office proficiency, in particular in Excel and reporting, and good knowledge of IT-supported working
  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in Italian and English
