Let us describe the challenge we offer

The Customer Insights Analyst will be responsible for deep diving into available data resources to assist in creating a unified view of the customer journey.  You will be responsible for measuring the local markets Customer Experience performance through various metrics such as NPS and CSAT scores. You will assist in setting the strategy in which we capture and report to help make customer-driven decisions for the business.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in setting the framework for measuring data points in all customer channels and touchpoints.
  • Generate reporting and analysis of the local market KPI’s to support our internal teams.
  • Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
  • Proficiency in telling a comprehensive and compelling story with customer feedback and linking different sources of data to provide actionable insights tailored to partners’ needs.
  • Experience with creating reports, visualizations, and dashboards and communicating results and analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Analyze data using statistical software.
  • Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
  • Prepare reports and present results to clients and management.
  • Consolidate customer feedback data with other transactional, operational, and behavioral sources of data to paint a clear picture of experience drivers
  • Advocate for customers by continuously developing periodic and ad-hoc reports and proactively distributing the insights among appropriate stakeholders Create and maintain robust pipelines of data that yield visualized dashboards.

Who you are

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role (Customer Experience of Digital focused)
  • Proven experience measuring analyzing large sums of data
  • A communicator and can effectively translate data-drive insights into actionable takeaways
  • Ability to analyze customer data and insights which ensure the customer journey is at the heart of everything we do
  • You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a global organization
  • Strong project and time management ability and you thrive in a fast-paced autonomous working environment
