Project Manager - Global Car Service & Repair Experience

We’re expanding, and we need people who share our vision and want to be part of something different. We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager, to drive Project Management within Market Operations, a part of Polestars Global Car Service & Repair Experience department.


Let us describe the challenge we offer

In our Market Operations team, you will work closely with functions such as Market Alignment, Business Owners, Central Support and our Markets. Depending on the ongoing project you will have important stakeholders in almost all parts of the company.

In this role, you’ll be a part of Polestars’ Market Operations team, which is a part of the Global Car Service & Repair Experience. This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.


What you´ll do

Your main scope will be to lead projects of different sizes in Global car service & repair experience – Market Operations, which lead and drive implementation, continuous improvements, and new projects. Your projects will be on a local level, to then be implemented wider on a global level.
The high-level areas of your projects will be Sales of Extras & Services as well as Service Experience, for example; new consumer services, digital booking, roadside assistance, mobile service, pick-up & delivery, and overall service experience.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Project management and coordination of your projects
  • Secure resources, drive actions and deliverables within the project according to decided time plan and budget cost
  • Drive project issues to solutions through the appropriate forum
  • Have a close relationship with different stakeholders across the organization
  • Report status and deliverables at project milestones to Consumer Services management

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience
  • A post-secondary degree in a relevant field
