Let us describe the challenge we offer

We are looking for who will take care of our Customer Communication Channels (official homepage, APP and etc) and National Event Operations for Polestar in Korea to ensure the best customer interaction with the brand and products on a national level. You will be responsible for the development, planning and management of homepage and key customer touch points/moments with a focus on different types of events (includes B2C as well as B2B), test drive activities, internal fleet and partner management.

Examples of tasks are:

  • Ensure official homepage/APP functionality, making sure it is always up-to-date aligning global contents and local product/ brand information.
  • Planning and execution of event projects with a high degree of self-responsibility and the goal to bring defined target audiences closer to the Polestar brand, drive awareness and excitement for the brand and our products as well as generate test drives and qualified leads.
  • Ensure an integrated full year event planning, supporting the annual marketing plan from idea generation and conceptualization to organization, execution, documentation, and analysis.
  • Support PR department with press and influencer activities, development, and execution of creative event concepts to create buzz.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders like .com management and event agencies as well as internal stakeholders to align all plans and ensure maximum efficiency and impact of all activities.
  • Consistently and pro-actively evaluate technology and established solutions to improve the user experience (e.g. technology like AR, VR,…).
  • Budget responsibility and management in close alignment with the Head of Marketing


Who you are

We think that you are a person with a lot of drive and determination to make our customers experience our brand and products. You are a pro-active thinker who works very structured. You have a fundamental understanding of how to set up and execute successful .com launch and events of different kinds, working with clear KPIs and objectives. You’re committed to travel or work on weekends occasionally, depending on where and when an event takes place. In this role we think it’s important for you to have at least 6 years of relevant experience in .com/event management or a similar role. An understanding of the automotive industry is a plus.

  • Ability to work cross-functional and to lead multiple level projects, involving internal & external stakeholders
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English is an advantage

In this role you will be based in our Seoul office and report to and work closely together with the local Head of Marketing. Our in-house talents and teams in the Swedish headquarters will be important sparring partners for you and of course, you will be interacting closely with our agency network.
